Inner Diaper anthracite (TENCEL®️, from size 3)

Our inner diaper is the heart of the ManufakturWindel. It protects the outer diaper and clothing from moisture. The special shape enables a particularly small wetting area. In addition, the inner diaper is adjustable for a perfect fit on the legs. It fits in our outer diapers size 3, which are available as custom diapers. 

Material properties

A wafer-thin waterproof and breathable membrane made of PUL (polyurethane laminate) is applied to the TENCEL®️ fabric. The TENCEL®️ inner diaper consists of 95% renewable raw materials and is the perfect compromise for parents who want to do without synthetic fibers such as polyester as far as possible and who do not want to use wool from sheep.

TENCEL®️ is antibacterial, heat-regulating, breathable, long-lasting soft and skin-friendly. The membrane is wafer-thin yet robust and does not rustle. TENCEL®️ is particularly suitable for sensitive skin.

Care instructions

• We recommend a normal colour detergent or heavy-duty detergent.
• You can wash inner diapers together with your coloured laundry at 40°C if they are not so badly soiled. Otherwise they can also be washed together with the inserts in the diaper wash at 60°C.
• Please use a washing net to protect the PUL membrane.
• Please spin at a low spin speed (800-1000 rpm).
• Do not use fabric softener.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Not suitable for ironing.

Certificates/seals of quality

The PUL we use is CPSIA certified, contains no lead, BPA or phthalates and is also food safe.

More than 99% of the wood for the TENCEL®️ production comes from sustainable forestry. The wood is certified or controlled according to FSC®️ and/or PEFC™️.
